Varsity All Star is excited to announce our continued commitment to exceptional customer service via the Ask Me campaign. The goal of the Ask Me campaign is to outwardly express Varsity All Star's dedication to superior customer service during the 2011-2012 competitive season. As a collection of 17 brands with over 300 championships, the Ask Me campaign is our company wide promise to exceed our customer's expectations of customer service at our cheer and dance event this season.
As a sign of this commitment, our staff will be wearing "Ask Me" buttons while working throughout the season. This button will communicate that they are available and delighted to answer questions or assist with event needs. In addition, we will have dedicated information stations with a similar "Ask Me" sign presented in clear view. The staff member at the information station will be able to assist with any and all questions as well as contact the Event Director if needed.
The "Ask Me" campaign is our challenge to ourselves, to make sure each and every one of our customers has the finest competition experience possible.
