Other Imporant Information:

A 10% rebate will be earned on all uniform and accessory purchases.

Every program that enrolls and meets the qualification requirements of the Varsity Family Plan is also eligible for the Varsity All Star Fashion rebate. Any front end discounts on apparel purchases will be subtracted from the 10% apparel rebate.

All Star Challenge and Spirit Xpress are one brand. National Cheerleaders Association (NCA) and National Dance Alliance (NDA) are one brand. Universal Cheerleaders Association (UCA) and Universal Dance Association (UDA) are one brand. Groove does not count as a seperate event or Brand for VFP qualifications. V!ROC is not considered a brand; however revenue credit will be included in the overall rebate.

*The gym will be credited the amount of the actual registration fee at events in which hotels, transportation, theme park/sporting event tickets, etc. are included in the total event price. For events/companies offering "all-inclusive pricing" (admission included), 80% of the registration fees will qualify for the rebate.

*Individual and stunt group registration fees are not included, as well as coach's fees. Only team registrations apply.

All Varsity customers will no longer have to fillout medical release forms.

No liability or medical release forms are required for All Star athletes attending any Varsity Competitions!
Varsity All Star has always been committed to partnering with Gym Owners, All Star Athletes and their parents. Because of our proven track record and historical leadership in cheerleading safety, we are pleased to be able to add this policy to the many services we offer our customers (Exception: Cheer Ltd., CHEERSPORT, Mardi Gras Sprit Events and Universal Spirit).

In order to receive a rebate, gyms must register and enter a qualifying event schedule.

Only events entered in The Schedule Center on varsityallstar.com will be credited toward the rebate.
Rebate totals shown on the website are strictly an estimate, contigent on qualification.

After your last Varsity All Star Brand event, fax or email your completed W9 before the rebate deadline of September 28, 2013 (Deadline for the 2011-2012 Season is September 28,2012). We will process your rebate and issue you a check.

This program does not require your exclusive commitment to our brands; however, the program provides greater rewards for greater participation.

The Varsity Family Plan has the largest rebate potential in the industry - twice as much as any other program! Rebates start at 10% and can be as high as 25% based on your spending level for the year.
